Daniel O'Hanlon, our Executive Chef
Daniel offers a wealth of culinary experience gained in both Ireland and the UK. He boasts several Cordon Bleu qualifications, including specialising in European and Ethnic cuisine, creative vegetarian dishes and modern cuisine. Daniel's experience spans catering for large functions, running a busy restaurant, catering for small, private functions and he has even cooked for celebrities such as Michael Caine, Dennis Waterman and none other than Diana, Princess of Wales.
Daniel is a proud member of Euro-toques Ireland - European Community of Chefs & Cooks. Established in 1986 by Belgian Chef Pierre Romeyer, the initiative stemmed from concerns about a potential threat to culinary traditions and food quality in the face of increasing European legislation and open markets.
