The Bay Restaurant is open daily, serving breakfast and Dinner.

As a Euro-toque chef, Daniel O'Hanlon is passionate about his work. He invites you to sample some of his creations: "I have carefully selected the best of local ingredients to provide you with an exciting and delicious dining experience. My philosophy is simple: fresh food prepared to the highest standards by my team of Chefs, in harmony with a fine selection of wines chosen to complement the cuisine."

In high season, the Bay Restaurant is open for evening meals from 6:30pm until 8:30pm (Sunday to Thursday) and from 6:30pm until 9:00pm (Friday & Saturday) offering an extensive a la carte menu. Breakfast is also served in the restaurant. For low season, please check with Reception
